Israel: the more you know, the more you understand. AJC Project Interchange invites global leaders to Israel for a first-hand look at a country that far too many people only know from headlines. Project Interchange strategically recruits leaders from around the world to participate in an exclusive one-week educational program that  brings the complexity and accomplishments of Israel to life, serves as a gateway to collaboration between influential decision-makers, and dialogues with Israeli and Palestinian leaders.

Our participants are:

Each delegation member is encouraged to ask questions, challenge assumptions, be open to the many narratives of Israel, and draw independent conclusions. They return home with newfound knowledge, greater understanding, and new lifelong relationships with their Israeli and Palestinian counterparts.

Upon returning home, each participant becomes a member of Project Interchange's global alumni network, and are invited to attend expert briefings and events.

One does not fully understand the complexity and nuances of Israel unless one is exposed to them in a trip like this. I now have a much better grasp of the many layers that are interwoven in this land and culture.
