‘An al-Yahud, AJC’s Arabic Video Series

'An al-Yahud, or About the Jews, is American Jewish Committee (AJC)’s groundbreaking Arabic-language online video series aimed at increasing understanding of the Jewish people in the Arab world. Launched in January 2020, these animated short videos about contemporary Jewish life, Jewish history, and current issues of importance to the Jewish people have reached over 45 million people on AJC’s Arabic-language Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube platforms.

Below are both the English versions of each video, accompanied by links to the Arabic.

Conspiracy theories may be difficult to dispel, but doing so is vital if we are to tackle the world's real problems.

The Holocaust was the worst tragedy to befall the Jewish people, when six million Jews were killed during World War II in Europe and North Africa. Though many groups were targeted by the Nazi regime, the Holocaust was a unique case in history of the systematic annihilation of an entire people through meticulous state planning. It is important to learn these historic facts so that a similar tragedy never occurs again anywhere in the world.
