AJC ACCESS Leadership Fellowship ALEF is a leadership program for young Jewish professionals (ages 22-40) to deepen their understanding of antisemitism, enhance advocacy skills, and join a global community of Jewish leaders. Participants engage in expert-led sessions, social events, and hands-on advocacy. Highlights include:
Training in combating antisemitism, relationship building, and impactful storytelling.
Networking through social events, Shabbat dinners, and happy hours.
Access to exclusive AJC programs and the Global Forum.

Craig & Flori Roberts Fellowship for Jewish Emerging Leaders
Launching in January 2025, the Roberts Fellowship empowers young professionals (ages 22-40) to combat antisemitism and lead through a Jewish lens. Participants engage in expert training, skill-building, and networking. Highlights include:
An immersive retreat focusing on advocacy, leadership, and community impact.
Four virtual sessions with experts on antisemitism and Jewish advocacy.
Exclusive programming at the AJC Global Forum.

Religion for Good
Religion for Good is a Catholic-Jewish dialogue initiative for young adults to explore how religion can inspire unity. Participants engage in expert-led virtual sessions, build interfaith connections, and develop strategies for collaboration. Highlights include:
Thoughtful discussions with Catholic and Jewish leaders.
Opportunities to reflect on personal religious identities.
Strategies to foster interfaith community building.

On the Table
On the Table is a program designed to help leaders navigate challenging conversations about antisemitism, Israel, and other sensitive topics. Participants receive communication training and host meaningful Shabbat dinners. Highlights include:
Skill-building sessions on courageous communication across divides.
Hosting Shabbat dinners to foster dialogue and strengthen connections.
Collaboration with peers and support from AJC resources.
