At AJC New York, we are at the forefront of the American Jewish Committee’s global advocacy efforts to safeguard the Jewish people and Israel and advance human rights worldwide. Our strategic engagement with diplomats, elected officials, and ethnic and faith leaders throughout the five boroughs and the United Nations, combined with our innovative education initiatives, helps drive AJC’s global priorities: combating antisemitism and all forms of hate, promoting Israel’s rightful place in the world, and upholding human rights and democratic values.

We bring AJC’s global mission to life through intimate meetings and briefings, educational initiatives, and advocacy programs. Our signature events, such as the Diplomatic Tour of Jewish New York and the Dialogues with Diplomats series, tackle timely foreign policy issues. Our annual mission to the state capital showcases the transformative work we spearhead to advance AJC’s mission across the state. And our innovative Empowered Parents training series equips parents of Jewish students to advocate for more inclusive environments in their children’s schools and tackle difficult conversations with teachers and administrators. Additionally, through dynamic interreligious and intergroup initiatives, we build bridges and foster dialogue, uniting diverse leaders to advocate on shared concerns.

AJC New York also champions young voices, not just as future global thought leaders but as impactful emerging leaders at the forefront of pivotal change. Our ACCESS NY division empowers young Jewish leaders aged 22-39 across New York, equipping them with the tools to lead and inspire and drive change across generations.
