In a poignant and powerful moment at AJC Global Forum 2026, American Jewish Committee (AJC) posthumously awarded Sarah Milgrim z”l and Yaron Lischinsky z”l with the Ofir Libshtein Bridge Builder Award. The award is presented to individuals who forge closer ties between communities, foster understanding, and promote peace.
Bob and Nancy Milgrim and Ruth and Daniel Lischinsky accepted the award on behalf of their beloved Sarah and Yaron.
AJC will continue to honor Sarah and Yaron, two changemakers who gave everything in pursuit of a better world. Their legacy lives on in every life they touched and every door they opened to a brighter Jewish future.
