At AJC Global Forum 2026, AJC CEO Ted Deutch and Ariela Di Gioacchino, President, World Union of Jewish Students (WUJS), announced a new partnership between American Jewish Committee and the World Union of Jewish Students to launch the first-ever North American Summit for Jewish student leaders.
Bringing together student leaders from across the globe with peers from the United States, Canada, and Mexico, the summit will strengthen global Jewish peoplehood, foster meaningful connections, and empower the next generation of Jewish advocates and leaders. Through the partnership, AJC will leverage its global network, international relationships, and AJC ACCESS young leadership community to help build lasting connections among participants.
The announcement underscored a shared commitment to ensuring that young Jews everywhere feel connected, supported, and empowered—and that they know they are never alone.
