Honorary President John Shapiro meets with Heiko Maas, Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany (2018-21).

Year-round, Diplomats Society members advocate on behalf of the Jewish people and Israel both internationally and close to home. Diplomats Society members may participate in private, off-the-record briefings with world leaders and exclusive diplomatic missions with senior American Jewish Committee (AJC) staff.

Our Leadership Exchange Programs provide an opportunity for American Jewish Committee (AJC) leaders to participate in a weeklong immersive experience in either Germany or Poland.
