At AJC Global Forum 2019, leading members of Congress announced the launch of the Congressional Caucus on Black-Jewish Relations. In July 2023, American Jewish Committee (AJC) is proud to once again launch this bipartisan caucus, co-chaired by Reps. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL), Nikema Williams (D-GA), and Wesley Hunt (R-TX). The Black and Jewish communities have a storied history of fighting discrimination and hate alongside one another, and the Black-Jewish Caucus is a critical step in promoting this integral coalition within the halls of Congress and beyond.
