Moshe Lencer is the Director of Campus Affairs at the American Jewish Committee (AJC), leading AJC’s global strategy to empower Jewish students and allies to advocate for Israel, combat antisemitism, and advance democratic values on college campuses. He oversees the Campus Global Board, forges strategic partnerships with Jewish and non-Jewish organizations worldwide, and designs leadership programs that prepare the next generation of global Jewish advocates.
Previously, Moshe served as Associate Director of Partnership Development at The iCenter, consulted for BBYO and Michigan Hillel, represented the World Zionist Organization in North America, and held multiple leadership roles with Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity. He was also a faculty member for the Jewish Federations of North America’s Changemakers program and a Dedication Fellow with MyZuzah.
Moshe holds a Master’s in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University, a Master of Arts in Jewish Education from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Bachelor’s in Government from Reichman University. He has also completed advanced leadership and nonprofit management programs through The iCenter, O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Spertus Institute, and other institutions. Originally from Israel, he now lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and is passionate about building coalitions that foster inclusion, understanding, and global Jewish leadership.
