Itamar joined AJC as Chief Information Officer in 2024. In this role, he leads the organization’s technology strategy and oversees digital transformation, data governance, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms across global operations.
Before joining AJC, Itamar served as Chief Information Officer at JDC (The Joint), spearheading the organization’s digital transformation. He integrated cloud-based solutions and centralized technology platforms to enhance collaboration, security, and operational efficiency. Additionally, he implemented business intelligence infrastructure to enable data-driven decision-making and led the adoption of artificial intelligence to boost organizational productivity and innovation.
Itamar has held executive roles in global finance and operations management, overseeing large-scale budgets and leading transformative enterprise technology initiatives. His career also includes serving as a senior advisor to the Israeli Minister of Strategic Affairs, where he leveraged his expertise in intelligence and policy development to support high-stakes decision-making.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Philosophy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
