AJC's Center for Education Advocacy (CEA) provides customized workshops that help school communities foster inclusion, deepen understanding of Jewish identity and experience, and build resilience against antisemitism and other forms of hate.
All workshops can be tailored for administrators, educators, students, parents, counselors, trustees, or mixed audiences. Sessions can be combined and customized to meet the needs of your institution and can range from one hour to a full day.

TEACH Values: Building Resilient and Inclusive School Communities
Using our TEACH Values framework (Trust, Empathy, Accountability, Curiosity, Humility), explore strategies for fostering communities of belonging, navigating difficult conversations, managing community tensions, and creating school cultures that resist all forms of bias and discrimination.
Jewish Inclusion and Belonging in School Communities
Explore Jewish identity, peoplehood, culture, history, and diversity. Participants gain a deeper understanding of the diverse Jewish community, how Jewish identity is expressed in myriad ways today, and why Jewish experiences are often misunderstood. Learn practical strategies for creating school environments where Jewish students, families, and employees feel seen, valued, and included.
Understanding and Responding to Antisemitism in Schools
Examine the origins, evolution, and contemporary manifestations of antisemitism. Participants learn to recognize antisemitic tropes, understand how antisemitism differs from and overlaps with other forms of hate, and explore effective responses designed for school spaces. Develop tools for preventing, addressing, and responding to antisemitic incidents while strengthening school culture, community trust, and resilience.
Teaching About the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict
Build confidence in introducing education about one of today's most challenging topics. Participants gain tools for effective communication with faculty, parents, and students about introducing this education into the school, strategies for effective placement of education in an already full curriculum, and guidance on structuring lessons with historical context, exposure to multiple narratives, and constructive dialogue.
Supporting Jewish Students Through the College Search Process
Designed for counselors, advisors, educators, and families, this workshop explores how campus climate may affect Jewish students and offers guidance for informed college decision-making.
