AJC Chicago’s LEAD Fellowship is a seven-month cohort experience designed to provide an elite group of emerging AJC Chicago leaders an exclusive and immersive experience into the work of American Jewish Committee (AJC).
Over the course of the fellowship, LEAD participants will bolster their knowledge of the scope and scale of AJC's work, understand AJC's signature and nuanced advocacy, and engage in real-life advocacy experiences.
From engaging with diplomats and elected officials, to discussing AJC's critical work in combating antisemitism and cultivating meaningful partnerships, the LEAD Fellowship provides the knowledge and skills to effectively advocate on behalf of the global Jewish community.

VIRTUAL leadership experience!
AJC Chicago's LEAD Accelerator is a 3 month VIRTUAL series designed to provide an elite group of emerging Midwest AJC leaders an exclusive experience into the work of AJC.
The goals of the AJC Chicago LEAD Accelerator are to bolster participants’ knowledge of the scope and scale of AJC’s work, and educate participants on AJC’s signature and nuanced advocacy
Sessions will be held VIRTUALLY on a Sunday for three months beginning in early fall 2025.
Specific dates and times to be confirmed by June 2025.
All AJC Chicago LEAD Accelerator participants are invited to actively engage in special advocacy opportunities through AJC the AJC Chicago Regional Office.
