AJC’s Holly Huffnagle to Fox 40: Young American Jews Face Antisemitic Attacks More Than Their Elders
Holly Huffnagle, AJC U.S. Director for Combating Antisemitism, joins Fox 40 News in Sacramento to shine a light on the worrying rise of physical, verbal, and online antisemitic attacks against American Jews, particularly young U.S. Jews, where 4 in 10 (41%) young American Jews between the ages of 18 and 29 say they have been the target of antisemitism at least once in the past 12 months, per AJC’s State of Antisemitism in America 2024 Report. Huffnagle urges the need for increased awareness of anti-Jewish hate and a whole-of-society approach to tackle it across the country to make Jews safer.
