For the 11th consecutive year, Rabbi Andrew Baker, AJC’s director of International Jewish Affairs, will serve as Personal Representative on Combating Antisemitism for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
AJC, the nonpartisan global advocacy organization, presented its Congressional Leadership Award to Rep. Eliot Engel (D-NY) for his abiding dedication to promoting U.S. global leadership.
“Strong U.S. leadership and engagement internationally is critical for the security of our nation and closest allies, and for protecting democratic values and human rights,” said Brian Siegal, AJC’s liaison to the USGLC.
“Moldova has taken a laudable step in recognizing clearly the resurgent cancer of antisemitism and mobilizing to effectively combat it,” said American Jewish Committee (AJC) CEO David Harris.
