#JewishandProud

Following vicious antisemitic attacks in and around the New York area, American Jewish Committee (AJC) designated Monday, January 6, 2020 as #JewishandProud Day. People from more than 60 countries joined AJC in a display of Jewish pride. From Cleveland to Rio de Janeiro, from New York to Jerusalem, the hashtag went viral on social media, with Jews and our allies of all backgrounds expressing their Jewish pride or showing support for the Jewish community.

These simple acts will be a powerful public display of solidarity with those Jews who cannot strip off their Jewishness, a demonstrable stand against those who seek to harm us.
