American Jewish Committee Decries Amnesty International's Report on False Genocide Charge
American Jewish Community (AJC) decries a report by Amnesty International that repackages and repeats the baseless and inflammatory charge of genocide that Israel’s enemies have made in the media and international forums for the past year. It not only egregiously distorts the reality of the conflict in Gaza and maligns the legal concept of genocide but will embolden terrorist organizations like Hamas to continue their tactics of exploiting civilians and violating international law.

40+ EU Leaders Join AJC in Demanding Antisemitism Be Priority for European Commission
More than 40 Jewish and non-Jewish elected officials, leaders, and organizations from across the EU joined American Jewish Committee (AJC) in signing a letter urging European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, European Council President Antonio Costa, and other EU Council members to prioritize combating antisemitism. The letter calls for this issue to be central to the agenda during the European Council Meetings on December 19 and highlights the need for a holistic response as a key priority for the incoming European Commission.

What Is Samidoun, the 'Charity' That Supports Anti-Israel Campus Protests and Fundraises for a Terror Group
The U.S. Treasury Department and Canadian government sanctioned Samidoun, a nonprofit posing as a Palestinian rights charity, for financially supporting the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), a designated terrorist group involved in Hamas' October 7 attacks.
