R2L | Ready 2 Lead

AJC Campus Affairs’ Ready 2 Lead (R2L) is an expansion series of AJC’s flagship Leaders For Tomorrow (LFT) program. This three-part LFT continuation series focuses entirely on campus advocacy and forming the leadership skills necessary to become change agents on campus.

Each session will dive into a specific component of Jewish life on campus today, and will prepare students with the proper tools to take on challenges facing the Jewish community at universities nationally, and globally.

This program is exclusively available to LFT alumni who are currently high school seniors or on a gap year program.

The application for the 2023 cohort will open soon. Questions about the program can be sent to campus@ajc.org.

Program Outline

Session 1: Jewish Life on Campus: What's Trending?

Session 2: Interfaith and Intergroup Coalition-Training Workshop

Session 3: What’s Next? AJC and You

Applying for R2L

After filling out an initial application, potential participants will be notified of their acceptance on a rolling basis.

After R2L

After participation in R2L, participants are encouraged to continue to stay involved with AJC Campus Affairs and to pursue future AJC opportunities such as the Goldman Fellowship.

If you have any questions or want to learn more about the Ready 2 Lead program, please contact campus@ajc.org.
