Each year, hundreds of people from all walks of life gather at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library with diplomats from around the globe to celebrate and rededicate ourselves to the preservation of our freedom. In a time of urgent global challenges, the AJC New England Diplomats Seder connects the modern quest for religious freedom, free speech, co-existence, and other core democratic values with the ancient Jewish ritual of the Passover Seder. The result is an inspiring, thought provoking, and thoroughly engaging evening that will stay with you long after the singing has stopped. This year, we are especially thankful to be celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the AJC New England Diplomats Seder, and to be hosting AJC CEO David Harris as our special guest speaker!
The Passover Seder is a carefully constructed learning experience that is one of the significant milestones of the Jewish calendar and marks the Israelites’ exodus from slavery in ancient Egypt. It is also an occasion to celebrate the universal human quest for freedom with leaders of Greater Boston’s religious, ethnic, academic, political, diplomatic and human rights communities. At the AJC New England Annual Diplomats Seder, we join together to celebrate the universal values of freedom, democracy, and human rights.
We hope you will join the celebration on March 31, 2019. Learn more and register today at ajc.org/NewEngland/2019DiplomatsSederTickets.
