Counterterrorism Watch, created by AJC’s Division on Middle East and International Terrorism (DMEIT), is a web-based resource designed to inform and educate professionals and the general public about international terrorism and efforts to contain it. DMEIT, established in 1999, focuses on gathering, interpreting, and disseminating open source intelligence. It is the only department of its kind within the Jewish organizational world.

Yehudit Barsky is the director of the Division on Middle East and International Terrorism. In addition to her work at AJC, Barsky is an associate scholar at the Foreign Policy Research Institute's Middle East Council. She is the Executive Editor of Counterterrorism Watch.

Bluma Zuckerbrot-Finkelstein is a consultant and freelance writer on Israel, the Middle East, and international terrorism. She is a lecturer in Zionist history and the Arab-Israeli conflict at the University of Memphis. She is the editor of Counterterrorism Watch.
