12.   If not, what type of information would you find useful in preparing you for controversial discussions?

  • more concrete pro-israel literature is crucial, not just facts and numbers or statistics. more prose and articles must be incorporated in studying about the case for Israel
  • young professional lectures about the conflicts now facing Israel

Selected comments:

  •  I'm a product of Schecter, Prozdor, USY etc and still I feel uneasy when confronted with these questions--Birthright was the best educator for me I support National Union, as I do not believe that 'land for peace' works, and I am vitally concerned about Israel's security.
  • The Egyptians will only follow through with their promise if it is in their interests to do so; namely, if they are concerned about Hamas due to their links with the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. However, Egypt has been lax in enforcing its 'promises' in the past, and so I am dubious about its present promises.
  • I think the airstrikes were right, but the ground invasion was not.
