AJC continues to work against academic boycotts of Israel. We anticipate another move to boycott Israel when the UK’s University and College Union meets at the end of May, 2007. And we have written the American Association of University Presidents to applaud its opposition of academic boycotts, with a detailed analysis of why the move to boycott Israeli academics is fundamentally flawed and a violation of academic freedom.
