American Jewish Committee Podcast Help

Need help?

If you are new to the world of podcasting, AJC offers a quick explanation. If you have further questions, please contact the webmaster at webmaster@ajc.org.

What Is Podcasting?

A podcast is an easy way to automatically download audio to your computer. You use a free program (most people use iTunes) to "subscribe," and the program checks with AJC and downloads a new episode whenever we have one. Then you can listen to your podcast on your computer or mp3 player.

How to I subscribe to the AJC Podcast?

1.  Install the iTunes on your computer.  iTunes is the program that will allow you to subscribe and listen to the podcast.

2. Once you've installed iTunes,
click here to visit the iTunes AJC Podcast page.

3. iTunes should open and bring you to a page that looks like this:

5. Click subscribe.

6. Congratulations! Now you have subscribed to the AJC Podcast! Each week you will receive a new episode from AJC. You will find it under the "Podcasts" heading of your left-hand menu. By default, iTunes downloads the most recent episode.

7. If you want to download older AJC episodes, click its corresponding "GET" button.

8. Double-click on an episode to hear it.

Whenever AJC adds a new episode, iTunes will download that episode to your computer as soon as you open iTunes.
