Frank Linde - Gala Honoree
Frank is a member of AJC’s National Board of Governors as well as the Vice Chair of its Budget Committee. He has served on the Executive Committee of AJC Westchester for more than ten years both as Vice President and Treasurer. During his tenure, Frank has taken on many leadership roles including the chairmanship of key committees such as Development and Nominating of Board Members. He currently serves as the Diplomatic Outreach Team leader for Bahrain and is an integral member of the Gala Committee, and has been instrumental in launching the Strategic Advancement Team.
Mr. Linde is a principal and CEO of Property Resources Corporation, a prominent NY real estate development, construction and property management firm with 400 employees. Under Frank’s leadership, PRC has developed over 6,000 apartment units and manages over 100 buildings from high end luxury rentals to co-ops and government-assisted rental properties. PRC believes that providing supportive services to enhance tenant lives and building community is a critical component of its responsibility, particularly for its youth and elderly populations. Today, PRC tenants take advantage of a variety of programs including SAT tutoring, mentorship, music and dance and sports programs
In 1996, he co-founded Real Estate On-Line (REOL) to help commercial real estate companies utilize the internet to improve internal and external business functions. REOL created Cityrealty.com, a leading on-line real estate resource with over 250,000 pages of information that features a comprehensive building guide to NYC apartments.
Prior to his real estate business he worked in Investment Banking for Drexel Burnham Lambert and Bear Stearns and was a Beta Gamma Sigma (International Honor Society) member.
Mr. Linde is an active member of numerous professional, civic and charitable organizations including the Real Estate Board of New York, National Housing Conference and Center for Housing Policy, New York State Affordable Housing Association and National Leased Housing Association. He is a Board Member of the Plaza Jewish Community Chapel, chaired the New Castle Housing Advisory Committee, is a member of the Real Estate Committee for the Greyston Foundation, previously co-chaired the Temple Shaaray Tefila Building Committee and is a National and Regional Board Member of AJC.
Frank, who grew up in Newton, Massachusetts, and his wife Amy have three children and reside in Chappaqua, New York. He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Columbia Graduate School of Business and a BA in American Studies from Brandeis University.
