Marvin Israelow

Marvin worked as an organizational development consultant for more than thirty years, providing clients with a broad range of services, including strategic planning, team development, leadership counseling and customized seminars in change management and career development.  Prior to starting his own firm in 1982, he worked for the Exxon Corporation as an organizational development advisor.

In 2009 Marvin founded Negev Nectars to support economic development in the dessert region of the country by importing and distributing sustainable, gourmet products such as olives and olive oil, dates, honey, jams and chutneys (

He has served as vice president of the Educational Alliance of New York City, and cabinet member of UJA-Federation of NY’s Commission on Jewish Identify and Renewal.  Marvin currently serves on the Executive Council of AJC as Chairman of the National Leadership Development Committee.  Marvin is the strong force behind the Westchester Region’s sponsorship of the Westchester Jewish Film Festival in association with the Jacob Burns Film Center.

Marvin is married to Dorian Goldman; they have 3 sons and live in Chappaqua.
