Jill Friedman, Associate Regional Director

Jill is the Associate Regional Director and works closely with lay leaders and staff on advocacy, communications and programming for the region.   She came to AJC in August 2008 from Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America, where she most recently served as Director of Donor Services in the National Development department, working directly with major donors to the organization. During her almost 13 years at Hadassah, Jill served as the manager of administration for the National Development department and also worked as assistant to the Hadassah national presidents. Prior to working at Hadassah, Jill worked as the Director of Corporate and External Affairs for the National Hemophilia Foundation, where she worked directly with pharmaceutical companies, government agencies on issues relating the safety of blood products for people with hemophilia, managed the board of directors, as well as directing the public relations efforts of the agency.

Jill received her bachelor of arts in Spanish and Russian from Connecticut College in New London and her master of arts in Russian and East European Affairs from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She lives in White Plains, New York with her husband and three children. 


Vicki Kline,  Director of Development, AJC Westchester/Fairfield

Vicki Kline is the Director of Development. In 2010 she came to AJC to help manage the Annual Gala and after its completion was named a Leadership Development Associate.  She works closely with lay leaders to plan fundraising events and create programs that help identify new leaders who help advance the mission of AJC at the local level. Prior to AJC, she co-founded an independent media and marketing company which specializes in strategic planning and media execution. She also led national television and radio media negotiations for DeWitt Media, Inc. (now Publicis) as the Senior Vice President of National Broadcast.  She was a Network Television Negotiator at J. Walter Thompson and a sales planner at the CBS Television Network. Throughout her life Vicki has been an active volunteer for and supporter of many organizations, schools and synagogues which set the stage for her desire to effectuate philanthropy professionally.  

She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and is a candidate for a MS in Fundraising Management at Columbia University. She is married and has a son at Brandeis and a daughter in Scarsdale High School.


Valencia Latty-Wynter, Office Administrator

Valencia Latty Wynter currently works as the Administrative Assistant/Office Administrator at the Westchester Region of AJC, where she provides administrative and staff support, including secretarial functions, bookkeeping, data entry, receptionist and other related work as required.

Prior to immigrating to the United States in 2004 from Jamaica, Valencia worked as an Assistant Brand Manager for H. D. Hopwood & Co. Ltd. in Kingston, Jamaica.  She had direct responsibility for all marketing activities relating to four consumer brands.  She has several years experience in the secretarial field and has an Associate Degree in Business Administration. She is married and has a son named Robert
