In many ways college campuses have been very welcoming to Jews. But some Jewish leaders are concerned that campus culture promotes apathy and even hostility towards Israel. This publication offers strategies to counter this phenomenon including promotion of academic freedom, study of modern Israel, and the recognition of indifference to Israel, rather than hostility, as the primary challenge on the college campus.
